The basic curriculum is divided into three levels mainly in bread, cakes, cookies and other pastry products. Within six months trainees are able to carry out the responsibilities such menu planning,

shopping for ingredients, preparation of ingredients, marketing and promotions.

It is suitable for those are keen to explore on business opportunity such as home-baked concept, although there are some who are in employment at hotel, bakery shop and confectionary factory.
