pastry teacher & trainees
The basic curriculum is divided into three levels mainly in bread, cakes, cookies and other pastry products. Within six months trainees are able to carry out the responsibilities such menu planning,shopping for ingredients, preparation of ingredients, marketing and promotions.
It is suitable for those are keen to explore on business opportunity such as home-baked concept, although there are some who are in employment at hotel, bakery shop and confectionary factory.
The intake for pastry course is in January, on Monday of the second week and Monday of the first week of July. For January intake, an application can be made starting from 1st of October and must be submitted before 1st of December. As for July intake, application can be made on 1st May and must be submitted before end of June. To apply, please click here.
