Jabil Celebrated Chinese New Year in St. Nicholas’ Home
“Made Possible. Made Better.”. Living up to their slogan, Jabil certainly made the lives of the Blind and Visually Impaired community better with their visit during this Chinese New Year.
We would like to extend our gratitude to Jabil for donating RM730 red packets (also known as “angpao” in Chinese) and personal protective equipment (PPE) including face shields, disposable gloves, hand sanitizers, aprons, and also digital forehead thermometers to the home. These items are among the most essential products during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially for our front desk workers, our blind masseurs, canteen staff as well as our BVI residents.
On behalf of the SNH, we would like to once more thank Jabil for the donation in cash and in kind as they certainly lessen the financial burden of the home and touched the hearts of the BVI community. We wish everyone Happy Chinese New Year! Stay safe and stay healthy!
